Janet Jackson was spotted in London with her hair very short. I must admit I think she looks good with short hair. But the question is, did she really cut her hair off or did she just take the weave out? Either way Janet is still a diva. I could care less if her hair is short or long. DID JANET JACKSON CUT HER HAIR OFF?
Janet Jackson was spotted in London with her hair very short. I must admit I think she looks good with short hair.
